Our History

Element Response Team was founded in 2013 by John Egan, a U.S. Marine who has been in the cleaning industry for 22 years. John’s motto is to take care of everyone and leave no one behind, no matter what, and he prides himself on providing excellent customer service.

It wasn’t until John teamed up with his now partner, Cam Miller, that ERT was pushed to the next level. Cam has more than 20 years of invaluable knowledge and experience in all things restoration. Together, John and Cam are excited to show you why Element Response Team can be your trusted restoration company after a flood, fire, mold or weather loss.

We have a team of in-house craftsmen who are among the best in their trades. Our estimators and project managers have combined experience of over 60 years managing construction and restoration projects. Our team also includes former insurance adjusters and claim experts to ensure seamless integration with your insurance company regardless of the type of claim you have.

For highly specialized trades, we utilize our network of vetted and insured subcontractors. Our network of subs has been built over a decade as a licensed General Contractor by seeking out the best subs in each trade and then building a long-term partnership based on our shared values and commitment to quality work at a fair price.
