  • FULL TIME | SANDY, UT

    The Role:

    As a Content Cleaning Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in the restoration process by carefully handling, cleaning, and cataloging damaged personal items. This includes everything from furniture and electronics to sentimental keepsakes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, both on-site at damaged properties and within our facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Handling: Safely and carefully pack out and transport damaged contents from affected properties to our cleaning facility.

    • Cleaning & Restoration: Perform thorough cleaning, sanitization, and deodorization of various types of personal belongings using specialized equipment and techniques.

    • Inventory & Documentation: Accurately inventory and meticulously document all items, noting their condition and cleaning progress.

    • Customer Service: Interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing updates as needed.

    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and supporting colleagues to ensure efficient project completion.

    • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working order.

    • Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, especially when handling hazardous materials or working in damaged environments.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or a related field is a plus, but not required (we provide comprehensive training!).

    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical conditions.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in distress.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
